Root Bench in Hanging Park in Seoul, South Korea, has 3 levels cleverly designed. Designed by Yong Ju Lee Root Bench is a place intended for relaxing, picnics, big social gatherings, and children. Roots spread from the center point of the structure and it’s nearly 100-foot in diameter. A metal frame with wood attached to it, Root Bench has levels at different heights for adults, children, and the third level is at the perfect height for picnic tables. We have also written about London’s ’Please Be Seated’ by Paul Cocksedge which has a similar idea but executed in the middle of the square.
