Cozy Tower Home Open for Renting in Croatia, Equipped with Modern Tech

You can rent this amazing former windmill/tower house to be your home for a while via Airbnb. The 250 years old tower in Croatia had belonged to Lorenzo Tudor’s Family since 1971. It was built by Franciscan monks as a windmill. The time passed and the beautiful tower, unfortunately, started to decay. Having a beautiful view that watches upon the harbor of the island of Hvar, in the Adriatic Sea, was just extra motivation for the new owner to start renovating the structure while keeping its identity. Now, this cozy little tower is protected by Hvar Cultural Heritage, as a cultural monument, while still being open for up to 6 guests. 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, a living area, and a kitchen, the entire renovation took methods that used traditional building and materials with the help of the latest technologies. The tower is equipped with wi-fi, electricity, its own water supply, and its own cooling and heating system.
