Streaks of Wonderful Colors Burst Out of Dichroic Glass Artwork by CWL

Artist/director Chris Wood of CWL (Chris Wood Light), gathered his team in 2015 after his successful career as a solo artist. From there on, his studio has achieved international recognition for its dichroic and optical creations. The inspiration for the entire team comes from their mutual fascination with the phenomenon of light. CWL’s designs fire with magic and become alive as they get touched by the light. Chris Wood knew he could make his career work revolve around light only, he just needed the right physical materials that could enable him to grow as a professional. Now when he has the tools and the materials, the British creator doesn’t stop to surprise everyone who sees or buys CWL’s artwork. Streaks of color bursting with a touch from the sunlight, make his geometric shapes of glass alive and moving on the white panels. CWL’s work includes also very large-scaled installations and commissions that you can see on its Instagram and the official website.
