Inktober’s Special – Eerie Yet Gorgeous Illustrations by Cacotte

October is a very special month for all of us who spent the whole year waiting and preparing for Halloween. One more thing that reminds us of this lovely, spooky mood is Inktober – every day of October anyone participating in this challenge creates an ink drawing and posts it online. This year one special artist caught our attention and this is a story about her. Caroline Rondeau is a french freelance illustrator, specialized in wellness universe. She finds inspiration in her passions – yoga, nature and healthiness universe. But this time she decided to take a path to the dark side and we are grateful, cause this is some impressive artwork. Adorable, spooky and bewitching characters set up in a familiar Halloween-ish environment – every part of the illustrator’s composition is perfect. Scroll down through our gallery and visit Rondeau’s Instagram Page and if you share our enthusiasm, be sure to check out her Etsy Store cause Inktober prints will be available after the end of the month.

Caroline Rondeau was born in Bordeaux, where she studied Drawing and Animation, which led her to Valence, and finally Paris.

After three years as a 3D animator on TV series and feature film, she decided to go back to her first love – drawing.
