‘Super Families’ Long-Lasting Illustration Series by Andry “Shango” Rajoelina

Time to brighten your day up a bit with some super adorable family illustrations by French artist Andry “Shango” Rajoelina. The idea of the series is to illustrate famous families from pop culture; movies, comics, books, TV series, and video games. Families don’t need to be biological at all, and when they are not it’s even cuter. Parents are usually older guardians, masters, leaders, friends, and protectors of any kind, while younger characters are turned into little children even though in most cases they are actually as badass as their parents. The illustrations themselves are very pleasant, soft colors, whimsical with the just-right amount of detail so there would be no question of who are the characters, even though we’re looking at them walking away from us. Shango started the ‘Super Families’ series way back in 2012 with ‘Bat-Family’ for Father’s day. Recently he had promised that after all these years he doesn’t have an intention to stop. “I won’t stop finding new Super Families. I have plenty more of them in mind, I just need to find the time to work on them between work and taking care of my very own Super Family.”
