Underground Eco-Friendly $3.7 Million Worth Mansion

An interesting way to save protect the environment from various troubles that come with building a huge home or a building is to build underground! Underground homes leave most of the green space untouched, they don’t block the view and they are known as low-impact houses. Collaboration between two English firms – NC Homes and Huntsmere brought up or should we say down a luxurious named Perdu in the Bowdon in Manchester, England. Gorgeous home emanates warmth with so many wooden materials and clean spacious interior design. It contains 3 circular bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen, living area, a workout space, and an amazing swimming pool that you can gaze upon in the pictures below. But the best thing about this house is that it’s eco-friendly and uses rainwater harvesting, a heat exchange system, and hot water heated via solar tubes. The natural light illuminates the entire home from the giant dome-shaped glass passage located at the center of the “roof”. Obviously, such a mansion comes pricy, approximately $3.7 million.
